Yes! Many of our curtains and blinds are available in custom sizes to fit your windows perfectly. Please check the product page for customization options.

3. How do I place a return or exchange?
You can submit a return request through your customer account or our website contact form. Returns must meet our return conditions (see our Return Policy) and be approved before sending back.

4. What is your return period?
Standard returns can be made within 30 days of receipt. EU customers have a right to return within 14 days without reason.

5. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, after we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayPal only for secure and fast transactions.

7. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by product and destination:

Curtains & blinds: 2–7 business days within Germany and EU

Furniture: 5–20 business days depending on size and location

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking info updates within 24–48 hours.

9. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package immediately and report any damage within 48 hours via email with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Do you provide installation services?
Currently, we do not offer installation services. However, our products come with detailed instructions to help you set them up easily.

11. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified before shipping. Custom orders incur a material fee of USD 100 if canceled before shipping.
