Return and refund policy
1. 30-Day Return Policy
The order may be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the artwork, for any reason. We will arrange the return shipping for you.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
2. Return Terms
To qualify for a return, the following terms and conditions must be met:
The artwork must be returned in its original form, without any usage marks.
Packaging should be secure and as original as we can make it, with all materials used for cushioning.
You are asked to provide your order number or receipt of purchase.
Once your return has been accepted, you must return the artwork within 14 days.
3. Return Process
Return your request via your customer account or contact form on our site.
Once your request has been processed, we will email the return address.
Do not return any artwork without prior authorization.
4. Custom-Made Products Policy
Custom art works (special sizes or color options) cannot be returned after shipment.
In the event of cancellation before shipment, there is a material charge of USD 100.
Cancellation only accepted before sending. No cancellations accepted after the package has been dispatched.
5. Deviations in Quality
All art work in Hansefik are hand-painted originals, and as such, minor variations are natural and are not considered defects.
If your received artwork is significantly different from the site description or images, you are entitled to a full refund.
6. Delivery Damage and Wrong Delivery
Inspect your delivery the moment you receive it.
Photograph the damage.
Inform us of any transport damage, manufacturing fault, or incorrect deliveries within 48 hours by email to:

We will replace you free of charge or give you a full refund.
7. Excluded from Exchange
The below products cannot be returned:
Used paintings, cleaned paintings, or water/food stains marks on paintings.
"Sale" marked or promotion items.
8. EU Customer Return Policy
European Union based customers reserve the right to return orders within 14 days without any cause.
Please note: The conditions of return under Section 2 continue to apply.
9. Refund
Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will inform you of the status.
Refundable approved returns will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
The credit card company or bank may take longer to make the refund.
In the event of non-receipt of refund within 15 business days, kindly contact us.
Packaging Instructions
Use the original cushioning material and bubble wrap the outside box to protect from damage while in transit.
Damage in transit could influence your refund.
