1. Warranty Coverage
We provide a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for all eligible products.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching errors, frame defects, structural faults)

Hardware malfunctions (e.g., faulty curtain/blind mechanisms, broken hinges)

Material flaws (e.g., excessive fabric fraying not caused by misuse)

2. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling

Water or heat damage caused by incorrect placement

Modifications or repairs done by third parties

Damage due to improper installation or failure to follow care instructions

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty:

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect.

Our team will review the claim within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement part or full product replacement

Repair instructions or support

Partial or full refund, depending on the issue and product availability

4. Return Shipping
If a return is necessary, Hansefik will cover the return shipping only for approved warranty claims related to manufacturing defects.

5. Extended Support for Custom Orders
Custom-made curtains, blinds, and furniture are eligible for warranty coverage only if the defect is due to production issues, not sizing or design specifications provided by the customer.

6. Legal Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under consumer protection laws in the EU and Germany, which remain unaffected.
